Bruce Aitken

I am a trade-qualified watchmaker/clockmaker with over 40 years’ experience in the field of horology. I have worked on many fine timepieces both here in New Zealand and in the UK and, during this time, had the privilege of working alongside many highly skilled craftspeople.
The repair and restoration of antique clocks from the 18^th and 19^th centuries is an area of particular interest to me and makes up much of my work. See the gallery for examples of recent restorations.

I work from my home workshop here in Ōtautahi Christchurch, New Zealand and am happy to be consulted on all things horological.
